Welcome to Planit Meetings, the go-to place for one or one hundred hotel reservations, in major cities in the United States. Planit Meetings is a full-service meeting provider, that assists in all facets of conference and function planning. Planit Meetings also makes individual hotel reservations in select cities.

Site selection services are provided free of charge.

Offices are located in Washington, DC, Annapolis, and Raleigh/Durham. Our staff's collective experience includes all components in the meeting process, from managing hotels, meeting planning, to making travel and airport pick up arrangements.

Planit Meetings also offers discounted hotel rates for individuals, at hotels like the Kimptons, the Fairfax and Dupont Circle Hotels, in Washington, DC, and many, many others. Our staff also regularly visits hotels that we use regularly, to ensure that hotel standards are maintained.

Planit Meetings is the go-to HOTEL EXPERT for last minute hotel reservations in cities across the U.S. Our services, including comprehensive concierge services, are FREE, never pre-paid.

Planit Meetings is also a meetings and individual travel company, founded by Kevin Elder, based in Apex, N.C., with offices in Washington, DC and Annapolis.

We offer discounted hotel rates for solo travelers, at hotels in cities across the US. We also do meeting site selection and make hotel room blocks for meetings, reunions, weddings, and other events, in cities around the world.

For our meetings/ events clients, we do as little or as much meeting/ event planning required. Our collective experience, between our 4-member staff, is more than 125 years, of doing the best most unboring meetings and events, under budget.

The hotels we use are personally inspected -- both meeting rooms and guest rooms; we KNOW the hotels...the ones currently under renovation, the pluses and minuses of hotels in large chains and boutique hotels.
